Based on the ancient principle that balances the "ki" or vital energy, and helps the body heal itself. Shiatsu focuses on your body's acupressure points using fingers, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet. Shiatsu is received with clothes on; loose-fitting clothing is suggested.

Reflexology is a healing process and a true method of relaxation and stress relief through meridian sensors on the hands. Reflexology can help alleviate headaches, help with sleep problems, reduce back pain, and relieve everyday stress.

A wonderful way to sooth sore muscles and calm inflammation. Soothing gel is applied to inflamed muscles along with a cooling pack, an absolute delight.
