Brow-Blading is the Art & Science of implanting organic pigment into the skin using a specialized instrument.  This technique allows your cosmetic tattoo artist to place color into the layer of the skin known as the dermis.  Because the outer most layer of the skin, the dermis, is always shedding and renewing itself. You are looking at the color through a thin vail of skin.  When the procedure is complete, the color will appear 40% darker, bolder, and more solid than the final results.  This is because the color is in both the dermis and epidermis.  The top layer will flake off during the healing process, lightening the over-all effect.  It is a cosmetic procedure that requires skill and expertise.  Each hair stroke is placed meticulously to create the perfect shaped brow for your individual look!

Brow-Blading is performed in 2 visits.  The first visit is the Saturation visit, that can take up to 3 1/2 hours, which accomplishes the basics design and color.  The second visit following is known as the Focus visit, can take up to 2 1/2 hours, which addresses perfection and focusing on balance, symmetry, and detail of the healed results.  Focus visit is done within 60 days of the previous saturation visit.

This varies from person to person, A color refresh is recommended from 12 to 18 months after your initial procedure.

You CANNOT be Micro-bladed If Any of These Conditions Exists…

• Pregnant or Breast Feeding
• Allergic to Surgical Stainless Steel
• Allergic reaction to Lidocaine, Tetracaine, Epinephrine, Deracaine, Benzyl alcohol, Carpool, Lecithin, propylene glycol, Vitamin-E acetate, etc.
• Active Acne
• Mincing/Claravis/Accutane (isotretinoin) usage within one year
• Open wounds, cuts or abrasions on the skin
• History of chronic skin conditions such as Eczema/Psoriasis
• History of Keloid or hypertrophic scars or poor wound healing
• Medications, Blood thinners, Kumadin
• Have active cancer, or on cancer treatment
• Diabetic
• Hepatitis, AIDS, HIV
• Hemophilia/Bleeding Disorder
• Serious heart condition
• Patient taking blood thinning or heart medication
• Facial or actinic solar keratosis (thick, scaly or crusty skin caused by sun)
• IPL, Laser, Fraxel treatment within the last 60 days
• Current skin infections, conditions, herpes simplex in area to be treated
• Botox within the last 7 days
• Dermal fillers within the last 14 days
• Medications containing retinoid or Vitamin-A derivative within the last 72 hours
• Moderate facial peel within the last 14 days
• Deep facial peel within the last 28 days
